STRATEGY & RESEARCH
The Working Cycle
The Four Disciplines
Trading Strategies
Named systems with entry rules, exit rules, and a reason to exist. Each one carries its own doctrine — the setup it hunts, the regime it needs, the conditions that retire it. A strategy without a written doctrine is a mood, not a system.
Backtesting
Every claim faces history before it faces the market. Sample size, regime coverage, cost modeling, slippage honesty. The room's law: if the backtest can't survive a hostile read, the strategy doesn't graduate to paper.
Market Research
Macro structure, sector rotation, volatility regimes, the narratives driving flows. Research feeds strategy — the desk hunts where the research says the game is, not where the noise is loudest.
Watchlists & Screeners
The target list. Liquid, volatile, tradeable. Screeners surface candidates; the watchlist is the short list that survives scrutiny. Everything on it has a thesis attached.
House Materials
The Wilder Trading Command Center
The desk's command doctrine — how strategies, risk, and automation interlock into one engine. The house paper lives in the vault tree; the site carries its public face.
Swarm Playbook · MFR Empire
The multi-family research empire playbook — how the trading house connects to the capital house. Strategy at Wilder is never one market deep.
